Marty Vyn Boennighausen - Independent Broker, BA Sociology, ABR, CRS, GRN. An experienced broker in Westcliffe since 2001, Marty has in-depth knowledge of the local market and handles her business in a professional and tenacious manner. She delivers results for Buyers and Sellers. In 1996 Marty purchased the 1640 acre Sierra Mojada Ranch with an investor from Switzerland and moved to Westcliffe from Boulder, Colorado. She lives on the Ranch year round with her husband Arthur, a Chesapeake Bay Retriever, a Cat, two Horses and a Mule.  She has a Bachelors degree in Sociology from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Prior to moving to Westcliffe, she was the manager of marketing administration and later managed the new construction / facilities management department for a 10,000 employee high tech company near Boulder, Colorado [StorageTek] for 21 years. Her hobbies include horseback riding, hiking, cross country skiing and she also owns her own BMW motorcycle.
